Material Certificate, Inspection Report, RoHSJG manufactures custom 440C stainless steel precision cam shafts for medical devices, automation equipment, analytical instruments and other demanding mechanical assemblies. Each component is produced to the customer drawing using controlled CNC turning, precision cross-hole drilling and counterbore machining.
The critical feature of this dual-head cam shaft is the angular relationship between multiple cross holes. Incorrect orientation can cause assembly interference, timing errors or unstable motion. JG verifies the hole position and angular relationship by Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), providing objective inspection data instead of relying only on manual gauges.
AISI 440C stainless steel is heat treated to 50–57 HRC for hardness, wear resistance and service life. Machining allowances and process sequence are controlled to reduce distortion after heat treatment and to maintain concentricity, straightness and functional fit. Final hardness is verified before shipment.
Every custom 440C cam shaft is inspected for drawing dimensions, hole location, angular orientation, hardness and surface condition. Finished parts must be free from burrs, scratches, stains and machining residue. An inspection report is supplied with every batch. Material certificates, traceability records and RoHS documentation are available when required.
This precision cam shaft is suitable for medical equipment, laboratory instruments, motion-control systems, industrial automation, semiconductor equipment, analytical instruments and custom mechanical assemblies.
JG combines more than 20 years of OEM manufacturing experience with CNC turning, machining centers, heat-treatment coordination and precision inspection. Our IATF 16949 quality system supports material control, process traceability, inspection documentation and stable repeat production.
